*Each eligible home toured equals one entry into the giveaway. Limit one entry per home. To enter, participants must scan the QR code physically located in eligible homes and complete and submit the entry form for the entry to count. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, builder representatives, and promotion partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to win. Prizes: Front-row tickets to The Carolina Ballet Presents The Nutcracker on Saturday, December 20th at 7:00 PM at the Marietta Center for Performing Arts in Raleigh, NC. Tickets are valid for this performance only and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Winners must create a free Ticketmaster account to receive tickets. Other prizes will be mailed, hand-delivered, or picked up by the winners. Regional basket prize drawings are specific to homes toured within that region. All other prizes are open to entries company-wide.  Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected daily, beginning Monday, December 8th, for 12 consecutive days of prizes by random name drawing. All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Winners will be announced on social media and notified via email and phone if provided.
